Promotion Summary

• Eligible account wagering customers must have an account in good standing for three consecutive months prior to the start of the promotion; wagering activity during each of three consecutive months prior to the start of the promotion; and net wagers of $15,000 or more during the calendar month of the promotion.
• Deposit Bonus will be calculated at 10% of net deposits wagered in the promotion calendar month, rounded down to the nearest dollar. Net deposits shall be defined as amounts deposited net of withdrawals processed within the promotion calendar month.
• No bonus shall exceed $5,000 per account for the month
• All bonus credits shall expire at the end of the sixth month after the promotional calendar month.
• Account holders forfeit any bonus credits remaining in the account at the end of the sixth month. For example, a bonus awarded in the first week of January shall expire June 30.
• The Deposit Bonus Promotion shall run month to month, and may be extended or suspended at any time.

Deposit Bonus

Eligible accounts shall be credited with 10% of “net deposits” wagered for telephone accounts with net wagering activity of $15,000 or more in the calendar month of the promotion. Net deposits are cash or check (cleared) or money order deposits into a telephone betting account less any withdrawals processed in the calendar month. Wagering activity for the month must exceed the amount of deposits.

Deposits are eligible beginning at 12:00 a.m. on the first day of a calendar month through 11:59 p.m. on the last day of each calendar month.
