How can I wager on Interbets.com?
If you have a current Catskill OTB account, you must first update your account information and set up your online password.
If you don’t have an account yet, register now!
Are there wagering limits?
Host tracks set the minimum wager for all bets offered.
What if I make a mistake when entering my bet?
If you have not pressed the PLACE WAGER button, you can simply click the START OVER button to clear your current bet.
Once I’ve place a wager, may I cancel it?
New York State Gaming Commission regulations limit your ability to cancel wagers, depending on the amount of the wager and the proximity to pool closing time. Typically, once a wager is confirmed and sent to into the pools, internet wagers cannot be canceled. At branch locations, there are certain cancel prohibitions for wagers over $500 (per single selection) win, place, show betting; or over $50 (per one combination) on another pool (double, exacta, quinella, trifecta, etc. Other wagers may be cancelled prior to pool closing by calling 1-800-832-5285.
When betting on-line, how do I know if the bet has been accepted?
When you click on CONFIRM a wager receipt will provide you with a TICKET ID which identifies your transaction. You also have the option to go to STATEMENTS and review your last transactions.
How do I get video?
Live streaming video and race replays are now available to all internet account holders if authorized by the track.
On the left side, click the VIDEO button. Clicking on the button will bring up a page with the available live video. Race replays are also accessible with this button under a separate tab. You will need the current version of Windows Media Player to access this video.
How can I see results, scratches and changes?
After login, select a track from the list of tracks to view the race program card. Above the race program card, select the CHANGES tab. This will display the current scratches and changes. Results for the day’s racing will be shown on the program card once the race is official. You can search for previous day results by selecting the Results link.
How can I make a Deposit or a Withdrawal from my Account?
Minimum opening deposits are $10. Initial deposits can be made with cash, check, money order, ACH on line or with OTBPay, or on line or off line via credit card. Immediate withdrawals and deposits can be made in person at Catskill OTB branch locations or by simply by requesting a withdrawal through e-mail or facsimile to Customer Service. A check will be sent to the address on the account.
Is my Account only good for Internet Wagering?
No. Using your Interbets Player card, you can use the same account number and PIN to wager through self-service machines at Catskill OTB branches. You can wager with live professional operators.

How do I receive track prices for winning wagers placed at Interbets.com?
ALL winning wagers placed through Interbets.com website will receive TRACK PRICES. In addition, TRACK PRICES are paid on all accounts that are opened as “no surcharge”, with $300 designated from the account as escrow, through each venue:
- Internet account wagering through Interbets.com
- account wagering at all Catskill OTB locations utilizing the Interbets Players card at self serve machines with your designated “no surcharge” accounts
- account wagering through live operators
Otherwise, a surcharge on winnings is only applied on non-internet wagering through a traditional account with no monies ($300) held in escrow.
What Tracks Can I Wager On?
Our racing calendar lists the available tracks. Each day, your wagering options will be listed, with updated carryover, scratch and track information. Track program handicapping information and updated odds and pool totals will be available if you have an account with Interbets.com. There may be limitations imposed by specific tracks or specific states.
What Handicapping information is available for on-line users?
We have partnered with several information sources to provide account holders with programs and handicapping information for both Thoroughbred and Harness Racing. Our Handicapping Corner boasts daily picks from respected handicappers.
What are the system requirements to use Interbets.com?
This site is designed to work with Internet Explorer version 6 or greater, Firefox version 2.0, and Safari version 2.0.
Your screen resolution should be set to 800 by 600 or greater. When using the video console or wager pager, you are best viewing the site with a screen resolution of 1024 by 768 or greater.
How do I change my screen resolution?
Click on the “Start” menu, then click on “Settings”, now clicks on “Control Panel”. When the control panel window opens, double click on “Display”. That will bring up the “Display Properties” window. Click on the tab that says “Settings”. There will be a little slide bar towards the bottom, on the right. It will have a number under it, which controls the screen sizing (display screen). Slide the bar to the right, until the number is 800 by 600 or greater. For ideal video quality set your screen resolution to 1024 by 768. After you choose your setting, click ‘OK’. Once the setting is changed, you should be ready to bet.
My media player does not show a video yet continues to say “buffering”. How do I see video?
- Open the Video Window by clicking on the Video button
- Right click on the Media Player
- Select “Options”
- Under the Performance tab,
- Make sure the “Detect connection speed (recommended)” is selected,
- Make sure the “Use default buffering (recommended)” is selected
- Select the Network tab
- Click the Configure butto
- Make sure the Auto detect proxy settings is marked.
Is your site secure?
When you log into the application, your account number and password are all transmitted securely because this is your confidential and personal account information. This information is sent to and stored on our server with a session identifier number. After logging in, the actual betting and information pages are done outside of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) so that the application can run efficiently. The session identifier number is linked to your bets in this application rather than your confidential account information. When you place a bet, it is transmitted along with a session identifier. When it reaches our server it uses the session identifier to match your bets to your account information, which you had previously transmitted securely. Because the server does all of this removed from visibility to the Internet, and within the server side of the application, your confidential information is well protected from the outside world. We found this secure and insecure page mix gave us the best performance while maintaining your account security.
